2. Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the website and contact us, we may process:

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Contact form and communications

When you submit the contact form, we process the name and the contact details you provide so that we can respond to your request. The form is delivered to our designated email address through the website's mail functionality. Please do not provide special categories of personal data or information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

The website also contains links to Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us through one of those services, the provider of that service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the information that becomes available to us through your message and account.

5. Cookies and consent settings

We use a privacy-settings panel that lets you separately choose whether to allow Analytics, Advertising and External services. Necessary technologies remain active because they are required for the website to operate and to remember your privacy choices.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

The exact cookies and identifiers used by Google may change depending on browser, service configuration and Google product updates.

6. Google Analytics 4

With your Analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, including page views, sessions, engagement and selected website interactions. We also measure actions relevant to our services, such as successful contact-form submissions and clicks on contact methods.

Google states that Google Analytics acts as a processor for Analytics customers under the GDPR. Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as the _ga cookie to distinguish browsers and sessions. For users in the EU, Switzerland and the UK, Google states that IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics.

Our Google Analytics implementation is connected to Google Consent Mode. If Analytics consent is not granted, our website does not enable Analytics storage for that visitor.

7. Google Ads and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to prepare and measure advertising campaigns. Where you allow Advertising, Google Ads-related consent signals may be set to permit advertising storage, advertising measurement and, where applicable, personalisation or remarketing.

The website sends consent choices to Google through Consent Mode, including the signals ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. These advertising permissions are denied by default and are granted only if you choose to allow the Advertising category.

Our main advertising conversion is a successful website enquiry (generate_lead). This helps us understand whether advertising results in actual enquiries rather than only visits.

8. Google Maps and other external services

The Google Maps iframe in the footer is blocked until you allow the External services category. If you allow it, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device data and information associated with use of the map, and may use cookies or similar technologies under Google's own policies.

The website may also request web-font resources from Google to display the selected typeface. Such requests may transmit standard technical request information (including an IP address) to the service provider.

9. Recipients and service providers

Depending on the service used, personal data may be made available to:

We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are made using mechanisms recognised by data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards. The exact transfer mechanisms may depend on the relevant provider and service.

To exercise your rights, contact work.juprime@gmail.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

13. Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. In Lithuania, the supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI).

14. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about website users based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user. Advertising platforms may use automated systems to deliver or optimise advertising in accordance with their own services and the consent choices you provide.

15. Third-party information

More information about Google's processing and technologies is available in Google's Privacy Policy and its explanations of how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services:
